-10 star rating!!!!!!TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOTHING AFTER. DO NOT HIRE ROBERT SHIPLEY OR USE AUTO VALUE EXPERTS!!!! Robert Shipley is a crook. He lies and promises to get you money on a diminished value claim that he promises to do for you but once you've paid him $450 you'll never see him again. You also won't see your money from the diminished value claim he promises to get you. He claims to be an expert witness for USAA even when making a claim against them. He promises it takes 4-6 weeks. But once those 4-6 weeks are over and you start getting suspicious then he recommends you seek legal counsel. All he does is write a report telling you what you should get. Makes you tons of promises on the basis that he is a good Christian and how he is the #1 diminished value expert in Texas. He boasts about writing a course on diminished value and that it is state approved. I have yet to find it. I also called USAA and they have never heard of him. My husband tried calling his office and it was disconnected. He used the excuse something was wrong with the line. This guy is just shuffling innocent people's money around. He has 13 complaints on the BBB with mine it will be 14. Tell your friends. Tell your family, tell your co-workers tell your church, If you go to Cornerstone don't use this guy. I think that's his church. There are a lot of good innocent true christian's he can take advantage there. A true christian would never do this to people. I had to call him for the status. He said he tried calling USAA but they wouldn't respond. The insurance company we were going after was State Farm. He can't even get his lies straightened. So I asked for a refund and right after that he told me to get an attorney I gave him my attorney's contact info. He said he would call.He then wrote me an email stating he recommends I seek legal counsel and recommended two attorneys. I sent my attorney's info to him again. Then one of his recommended attorney's sent me a solicitation via email stating he was referred by Shipley. It took two weeks of asking him to contact my attorney. He finally did and promised to send over the paperwork they needed and four months later my attorney hasn't heard back from Robert Shipley or received any of the paperwork. I asked him for a refund 3 times. He says he isn't in violation of his contract and that he cannot give me a refund. Now he is ignoring me. This guy is a ponzi scammer. He says he's too busy to call you back. Maybe it's because he's too busy pretending he's Batman. Yes now that people are catching on to him. He's going into the comic book scene. Next step for me is to make a complaint with the TDI and then calling the defenders. I may not get my money back but if I prevent others from being ripped off, I can live with that. Please people if you're in accident get an attorney, ask them to file the diminished value claim. Don't waste your hard earned money on Robert Shipley and Auto Value Experts. The only thing he's an expert on is swindling innocent people out of their money!!!!!!!…
