Michael Lockridge = extremely unprofessional. My name is James.... I came into town to see if I could take a look at some properties. I called up Michael Lockridge from MidtownSA dot com . He asked a few simple questions, which is normal. He then started to push as to when I was going to move in. I told him that I didn't want to make any decisions until I saw the apartment, and that if I saw what I liked, Id move in right away. He then said that it was his day off and he didn't want to waste any of his time if I wasn't sure I was going to make the jump. He then said he wanted to know a specific date for me to move in and that since I wasn't going to give him a specific date, he really didn't care at that point and then hung up on me. At that point, neither did I. I understand Mr. Lockridge has to make a living, but there is a professional way to handle things, and an unprofessional way. Unfortunately, Mr. Lockridge took the later option. The least he could have said was "Call me on Monday", or "Call me on X day." Ill take my business elsewhere.
