Fun n funky atmosphere and good seafood. Aside from the face that I ate too much fried shrimp, I enjoyed my experience at Joe's in San Antonio. I've eaten at Joe's in California as well and the food is pretty consistent. Joe's is not the place to go if you want to focus on seafood, as in you want pure seafood flavor. Every dish they have includes one or more sweet/spicy sauces or garnishes. If you're feelin' that, then great. One highlight was our server who was fabulous and efficient.
