DO NOT USE BILL WATSON OR HIS COMPANY

We have renovated many homes and by far Bill Watson/Denton Homes was the worst experience. The job took twice as long as the contract said it would. Bill never provided invoices and seldom was on the job site other than to collect his draw. He never even came for a final walk through even after we had asked him to come. We were charged for Denton Home's late fees on their own accounts plus 20%(this was a cost-plus 20% contract). The painting subs did a poor job and took things from the site. We were charged for subs' corrective work plus 20%. A sub submitted hours which were untrue.

We were, however, charged for those hours plus 20%. For the most part the quality of work performed by Bill Watson's subs is the worst we have ever seen. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BILL WATSON AND DENTON HOMES!!!!!!! I will stop here, I could go on forever!
