We purchased a light fixture that was missing a few of the crystals. The manager took a bit more off the sale price because of this but when they were taking the light down for us to purchase, we realized the glass had a break in it. The manager said if we still wanted it, she would take a total of 50% off...the break seemed contained, so we decided to buy it since it was the last one in the store. When they delivered it to us that afternoon along with the table my sister in law had purchased, I was appalled to see they hadn't even wrapped the light...at all! One of the delivery guys just carried it in like it was a dead goose...I immediately called the store and reminded them that I had specifically asked them to wrap it, since we were traveling back to our home, out of town, that afternoon. The delivery guys, who were awful by the way, took the light back and returned the next morning with a seemingly well wrapped light fixture. When we got home that evening, we found that while they did wrap the outside of the light well, they neglected to wrap the inside core that holds the bulbs, thus causing 2 additional breaks in the glass panels. When I finally did get to speak with the manager 3 days later, her solution was to order a new light fixture for us and charge us FULL PRICE ($600)...after I pointed out to her that the light had originally been on sale (for $478) and that I was amazed that she wouldn't even initally offer the sale price for the new fixture, she stated that she could "help us out and take 20% off"...this would have brought the price down to the original sale price. I told her thanks, but no thanks and to please have this light picked up and refund our money as soon as possible. When we first browsed this store, we thought this was a place we would visit often, but after this experience and the manager's lack of professionalism, concern, and not to mention her snotty attitude...I wouldn't step foot in there again.
Pros: nice variety of furniture, accessories
Cons: some items seem very pricey - bad customer service

Great furniture, but mostly it was unique; like as if it was a new antique if that makes any sense... my style is contemporary and my mom's is more traditional and we both found somethings we like. The sales people were courtenous but they left us alone to wonder around all we wanted and we love it!!!! I hate when a sales person follows you everywhere. The prices were very affordable, not cheap either but not over priced and the quality was incredible; there was this dining table that it was less then $400 solid thick wood. My mom and I have gone back a couple of times and every time we go the place looks different and we find things we didn't see last time. We are recommend it to all our friends and family Ciao Loli
Pros: parking, location, different furniture, decor
Cons: landscaping, outside maintanence
