Although this resale store is the nicest I have been in in the area, the staff is less than pleasant to deal with. I have shopped here and have also taken things for consignment. The two ladies I have encountered act like they are doing you a favor by consigning your clothes. They have made a few comments that were completely unnecessary and left me with the impression that they thought their store was too good for most people. I am in need of cash at the moment and will most likely continue to deal with them, but if you are looking for a long-term relationship with a business that will be respectufl and appreciative of you, this isn't it. My guess is that both of these ladies have never held a job that required them to have good working relationships with other people. They must feel that they are out of most people's league judging by the way they relate to their customers. I noticed that they will only take things that are not high-end labels if they are in top notch condition (which is perfectly fine), but some of the things they have that are high-end are not in that great of shape. For instance, a Coach purse they had for sale was completely worn and had obviously been used A LOT, it was not in "mint condition". They seem to place a higher value on things simply because of the label, whether it's warranted or not.
Pros: Great environment, great part of town, nice store
Cons: Staff is less than friendly, you can forget the chit chat

Although the store has appeal and the clothes are O.K., I find the staff, as well as the owner to be rude and therefore, I will not shop here again.
Pros: Clothes are O.K.
Cons: Staff is rude

I love to hunt consignment shops. I have shopped at the numerous Baubles and Beads shops in Texas. This store has ok stuff, but I often find really good labels after much searching. The reason I have stopped shopping here is because of the staff. I am all for great customer service, but constant assistance and alll staff approaching me with the same sales speech gets irritating.
