My girlfriends at work introduced me to Doo or Dye. Its not for the faint-hearted. However, if you want a great style cut or color--for a VERY reasonable price try it out. I was always impressed by the owner's styling and color. Each of the stylists are great for different jobs they do (ask the owner--he would probably recommend someone if you tell him what kind of style you are looking for); usually its $22 for haircuts or $28 w/ blow-dry and style. You'd probably want to call about color. They do take credit cards-but its more cost effective for them to handle cash.
Pros: Great Haircuts and Inexpensive
Cons: Not somewhere I'd take my mother--that could be bad or good thing ;)

I've been to Doo or Dye Twice, and I loved the service I received. They are down to earth and really friendly. I went there to get my hair bleached, and the results were amazing. I would definitely recommend having your hair done there!!! :D
Pros: Comfortable, many windows you can stare out of, great service
Cons: If you have respiratory problems, it might agitate

This is Briana from Doo or Dye. I just want everyone to know that anyone with a PERSONAL problem can get on city search and lie, we have had them remove stuff before but it is really hard to do so I'll address it here. First of all to the girl who wrote that last review, what are you twelve? You can't even spell "there", second of all I don't know why you are trying to spread lies but everyone who actually goes to Doo or Dye knows that John doesn't even have a station anymore and has not done ANY womens or GIRLS hair in years.Only a coward has to get on the internet where they can be annonomous to try to attack someone. Real mature. Also to any people who actually do want to come to Doo or Dye, we are a very relaxed environment, that means that there is plobably about ten different ways you could get offended there, if your uptight you may just want to skip it and try a corporate place, you can google our website and see some true reviews so check it out and see if it might be for you. I had long beautiful curly healthy hair, and went in to doo or dye for a layered haircut to make my hair more even out in shape, and they gave me a MULLET, ruined my hair. I HATE DOO OR DYE. JOHN does not know what he is doing. I wouldn't let my dog get a hair cut their. =]

MY SISTER AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE SAME PLACE SINCE I WAS 17. I AM NOW 25 AND HAVE NEVER TRUSTED ANYONE ELSE WITH MY HAIR. I HAVE EVEN REFFERED QUITE A BIT OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. DOO OR DYE ROCKS!!!

I have a problem finding a place to get a great cut for my semi-wavy hair. But when I decided to try this place, I was extremly greatful for the wonderful cut and style they gave me. Not only is this place great with hair but the atmosphere is way too good to pass up.

If you like $100 haircuts by a prancing fancypants who works to the beats of French electronic dance music, go somewhere else. If you like creative, easy going people who will give you a unique cut for a price you can't beat, go to Doo or Dye. My hair has been long, short and every color you can imagine and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love this place.
