VERONICA IS A COLOR GODDESS! she works wonders.... and Angel does the BEST manicures i have ever had....

I had my hair cut by Mari and she was great. Mari took her time with me deciding how to cut my hair. After the cut, she styled my hair one way and then styled it a completely different way so that I may learn how to do this on my own. NEVER has anyone done that for me or been so patient. She never acted like she was in a hurry or bothered by my indecisiveness at all. I will definetely return.

I highly recommend this place. I get my hair done here with Marisole and she has done a great job. My hair was very damage and she has fixed and made healthier. Love the massages here, recommend them to everybody.

I've been a Newby off and on since the 70s. Though the present location's in different hands, the tradition of individual attention and service remains. If you have curly hair, see Becky; she does wonders.

This place is wonderful... the atmosphere is relaxing.... the service is wonderful... i go here to get everything done.... I get my hilights and lowlights with veronica and she is fabulous...her prices are really reasonable.... i go to becky for my pedicures and by far they have been the best pedicures i have ever recieved... and it is only $40 for 75-90 mins.... it is very relaxing.... my husband and kids go to tammy and she's great gave my daughter the cutest haircut. My husband and I go to rachel for massages she gives great therapeutic deep tissue and thai massage.
Pros: friendly staff, reasonable prices, unique fun old fashion atmosphere, willing to stay late or fit you in when they can

This is the absolute best place to have your hair taken care of. I had a young lady by the name of Tammy do my hair, and I have NEVER had such good care. I just loved it. The cut was one of perfection!! Exactly as I wanted it. I have spent a small forturne trying to get the right cut for my hard to manage hair. Yet, my first time there, Tammy cut it perfectly. Frankly, I expected such a hair cut in some high end salon. Lucky for me I once saw a woman with a haircut I've only seen in Europe and I asked her where she had gotten it, she told me. I made an appointment the following day. For me, Tammy is the best!! Should Tammy leave, I would follow in a heartbeat. P.S. The prices are so reasonable

I've gone here only once, on a recommendation, and I will definitely return. The stylist who was recommended to me did a superb job. They have little rooms or alcoves, where you're taken for the haircut, and that's a really nice difference from a lot of places. There was construction on McCullough Ave, and the staff called and made sure I knew that and how to get around it before I went. The stylist asked a lot of questions to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted. I had previously gone to places like Rios Golden Cut, where I rarely received that kind of attention.
Pros: Atmosphere, staff, service
Cons: A little more expensive than most places men go for haircuts, but definitely worth it
