I was very suprised to read the negative report on Cherry's Costumes. I did not meet the owner personally but last summer I did rent a Barney the Dinosaur costume for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. The costume was only $50.00 and there were no late fees. The employee even stayed late so that we could return the costume.The staff was really friendly. She was very helpful. I am planning on returning for a Buzz Lightyear costume very soon. My daughter's birthday is almost here. :)

I went to Cherry's Costumes after checking with another shop and was amazed! All I had to do was tell them what I wanted and they put it together for me. All of the accessories came with the costume (unlike the other place) and was a whole lot cheaper. It is a small locally owned shop, but they give that extra personal touch. I made an appoinment after regular business hours and it was great. Try them out!

I want there looking for a Queen of Hearts costume. It was great it was orignal and cheap. No depost. It was really great. They even give discounts for schools. The staff was every friendly and helping. I cant wait to go back.

I had a GREAT experience at Cherry's Costumes! The other review on this site must be from a disgrunted customer (there will always be someone that can't be pleased). I only paid $30 plus tax and no deposit for my sons' costume. Cherry worked with us PERSONALLY and we got a great costume that helped earn my son an A+ on his school report due to the research library she has. She even came in after the normal business hours (and this wasn't the first time she has done this for us). I would recommend and will continue to use Cherry as my personal costumer.

Costume rental here costs more than 50$ plus deposit 50$ which you most likely will not see. The owner will find any reason to cheat you out your deposit. Hours are joke, 11am-5pm during week, and 11am-2pm saturday; before halloween they stay open late until 9-10 pm to lure the people in, but than shut the store after halloween so they can cheat customers out of deposits. Staff is clueless, takes them forever to find a complete costume since the store is so chaotic. Owner is verbally abusive and disrespectfull, will yell at you for no reason. One creepy aspect of getting in the store is that staff locks the door after you come in, and basically you are hostage there, specially if you have any sort of complaint or dispute, you can not escape. Avoid at any cost, do not waste your time or money.
