Beer and music.These are the two themes of Carlsbad Tavern, and it articulates both very well. Neon beer signs share space with autographed black-and-white photos of bands that have played this small bar. They're serious about music here, and the owners clearly believe there's plenty of talent in Texas, no need to recruit elsewhere. The jukebox is a veritable "who's who" of local and regional roots artists.
