Lazy service, paper-thin walls, poor parking options. Usually, when you think about Hilton hotels, you think about high quality and excellent guest services. This was not the case with this Hilton location. First, I arrived at the hotel, and though greeted, was not assisted with my luggage, EVEN AFTER REQUESTING ASSITANCE. I just had surgery and my luggage was a little heavy. It was obvious that my luggage and the luggage of my two other friends were quite heavy. No one offered to help. THEN, we got to our room only to find that the double-occupancy room that we paid for only had a double bed. We stopped by the front desk and asked for a roll-away since no other rooms were available. They assured us that they would deliver one to our room while we were out. When we got back to our room, THERE WASN'T A ROLL-AWAY BED!!!!!! So, we called the front desk when we got back and asked for a bed AGAIN, but they were out!!!! So, the next day, we asked for one AGAIN, well in advance, and they said we would get one. Did we??!?!! NO!!!!! We called AGAIN on our 2nd evening to ask for a bed, and AUTOMATICALLY said they were out. When I BEGGED for them to check again, MAGIC! There was one available. Who knew that maybe actually checking might help!??!! The walls were so paper thin that we could hear people talking on the phone, watching television, and walking down the hall. It was sleeping in the lobby. This place is the pits! It puts the Hilton name to shame and the guest services need to be briefed on their job descriptions.
