I scheduled an appt on a Saturday to look for my wedding dress.I walked in and was immediatley attended to. They had me fill out a questionairre to determine what it was I was looking for then I was taken back to the bridal salon. Mary the consultant that helped me and she was wonderful!! After understanding what it was I was looking for she picked out one for me ...I tried it on and I knew it was the one (Itried on many other dresses after that also)!!! Its true that they dont allow pictures and I was a little dissapointed but the outstanding service made up for it. Gloria (the owner) has been very helpful at answering all my questions and since I have pictures scheduled is doing her best to make sure my dress comes in on time. I havent completed my experience there since I have not had my dress come in or alteration done but I will definately let you know. So far so great!!
Pros: Excellent customer service from Mary and Gloria
Cons: Not allowed to take pictures

The greeting was slow when we walked in. The salesperson working with us was courteous, but spoke poor English. She answered all our questions - but didn't really answer them. Kind of like she didn't understand them. She kept bringing us white dresses, when we only wanted the off-white. They had a great dress selection and we found my daughter's dress - but we weren't shopping for hers, we were shopping for my daughter-in-laws'! I wish we could have worked with the lady on the phone; she was nice and friendly.
Pros: selection
Cons: service

I do not recommend this store to anyone. The service here was horrible. I was treated very callously when asking questions. Rude people.
Pros: NONE
Cons: Everything

I drove 1.5 hrs to visit this store after looking at 6 other stores and not finding "the one". I got there 20 min earlier than my appt, figuring I'd at least be able to look around. The store consists of 3 rooms: the entrance with the accessories and bridemaid dresses, the clearance room, and the bridal room. We were only allowed in the first 2 while we waited 30 min for our consulant to even help us. The owner had told us that she will match price of surrounding stores if we found the dress we wanted. Well, I found 2 dresses that I loved, only because we looked through all the dresses (the consultant was barely helpful). But then they wouldn't allow us to take pictures for my mother to see (who lives 2 hrs away and was too sick to make the drive). And they also wouldn't even give us the dress style numbers, so I could at least let my mom see the dress on the designer's website. Even when I called back begging since I couldn't find it online, they refused. They told me that it was up to me to do the research if I wanted to find the style number, and they would not give it to me. The owner Gloria told me that they have to protect themselves from online shoppers, but one would think that they would be confident enough in their selection, prices, and customer service that people would be happy to give them their service. Not only was my mother not even able to see the dress, but how am I suppose to compare when I don't even know which dress I looked at? All I had was the description I came up with on my own, and their price for the dress. I was so unhappy with their customer serivce that I actually bought the dress I found there, but at another store nearby that had no problem accomodating my needs (by the way, I HIGHLY recommend Mayfair Bridal only 5 minutes away). Yes, I did find it online for much cheaper, and the store I ordered it from didn't even have the dress in stock...but they at least DESERVED my loyalty and my order. Bridal Galleria did not.
Pros: Found the dress I wanted.
Cons: Store was sketchy and service was HORRIBLE!

I bought the first dress I tried on--but not before trying many other beautiful gowns. The staff made the experience easy and fun, and was very attentive to what I liked and did not like. The decision wasn't easy, because there were so many dresses that would have made me happy. Alterations were easy to schedule and were skillfully completed. I'm very happy to have bought my wedding gown from Bridal Galleria.
Pros: variety/selection, broad price range, helpful staff
