I had been going to Jesse over a year. Although very expensive, I felt that and still do feel he is the best stylist that I have ever had. I was sold on him and purchased certificates shortly after I started going to him in the Fall of 2006. My disappointment came when shortly after the holidays Dec 07 he did my usual cut and color. I didn't realize until after I had gotten home the color was not blended well with my highlights. I had never experienced this before with him. Although the next day was Sunday and they wouldn't be in I called an left a message thinking that the messages would be checked. No one ever called and when they got back into the office after the New Year still I didn't receive any follow-up to the message that I had left. Finally I called and spoke to Sandra and told her the issue. I agreed that I would wait a couple more weeks to go back in and get my hair done; we would just deal with it then. I made an appt for a Saturday and showed up. Jesse never showed up after about an hour after my appt. Sandra could not locate him either. She was going to reschedule me but I told her that I wouldn't be coming back. Jesse never called to apologize or offer any resolution. I am amazed that such a talented stylist treat loyal customers this way. It is really a shame. I have lost a really good stylist and he has lost some really good revenue from me. I still think he is the best, and would recommend him and the Salon, it's just too bad about his lack of customer service skills, especially as an owner.
