Best place to get a hair cut by Logan Alair

I have been going to visible changes for at least 10 yrs, because the service is awesome and Logan Alair is a awesome hairstylist. I would give him 10 stars and the salon.

Incredible Hair Stylists

I visited the shop after a 2 year absence (financial problems kept me away). I was greeted by incredible people that treated me as if I had never left. My Master Stylist (Martin Castanon), was more incredible than ever. He is a magician when it comes to hair cut. I have difficult thick and curly hair and when he is done I have a style that is easy to fix, looks like a million bucks and it lasts!

The Manager (John Moran) gave me a gift when he found out that I had financial issues that kept me away from the salon for so long.

This place is GOLD!

Hats off to Matthew!

I messed up my hair color when I tried a new salon near my home, then I tried to "do it myself". It took 2 appts, but Matthew worked miracles. I've been going to him for several years. Shame on me for trying to save time, traffic and parking. My hair looks better than ever! I will NEVER let myself be swayed by "shortcuts" again. It was never anything personal Matthew. Thanks for your forgiveness! Oh, Ben "the base breaker" was GREAT too. Love his positive attitude.

Sara at North Star Mall is Great

Sara is very attentive and honest. She takes her time and is skilled at cutting hair. I have tons of cowlicks and she works around them. She's very personable, gives me great style advice and she's not pushy.

Tina is the Best

I have been going to Tina for years to get my hair colored. She ALWAYS gives me the color I want and exceeds my expectations. In my opinion she is the best one there, glad that she returned to the salon after having her baby. I would be lost without her.

Worst haircut experience

Spotted the new shop at LaCantera and thought they looked like they knew what they were doing. My appointment was supposed to be for a Master stylist and someone that knew how to cut curly hair. Well what I got was a begining stylist with no experiance with curly hair and I didn't realize this until halfway through the haircut. Finely after 3 trys an extra inch of hair and 45 minutes later, the haircut was completed. I do not like the fact that the stylist never sees your hair dry, only after someone else washes it. I said something at the front desk when I was leaving and the only response I received was did I want to leave a tip..Looks classy, not so.. Someone needs to get in there and work on there customer service..

Prissy has cut and styled hair for our lil family of 3 for 3 years now. Her attention to detail is impecable. Shes not only our hair stylist but a good friend of ours. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Visible Changes has a clean and comfortable atmosphere. If your looking for a new du.. or someone who will truly work magic or make you look amazing ask for Prissy. She has true talent and skill... She knows hair and will work her talents for your hair and looks. Just when I think we give her the hardest looks she pulls it off better than what we ask for. Jamie at La Cantera

I have been going to Jamie for years. When she moved from North Star Mall to the new location....even though it's further for me to drive..I'm still going to her. She does my hair BETTER than anyone I've ever gone to. She colors and cuts my hair. It's great having a stylist that does both.

I get compliments all the time about my hair and always send them to the best! Jamie @ La Cantera!
