CHIRSTINE IS THE BEST !!!!!!!

Visible Changes has really CHANGED the way I treat my hair. I have been to Tony and Guy, as well as to REGIS. I was paying good amount of money to have my hair the RED i wanted. I had to return to these salons every 3 weeks to have it redone because it would fade from red to copper. I HATE COPPER. After spending $200 every 2-3 weeks I decided to go to VISIBLE CHANGES after it was highly recommended. I gave the place a call to find out prices. Whoever answered the phone gave good detail on price ranges. Tired of going to people who had no idea what COLOR RED is i decided to go with the top of line hair color profressional. When I got there i was treated like a paying customer. Very nice and professional. They let me know who I would be seeing ( CHRISTINE) and had me change. Despite the fact that I was 10 minutes late, they still saw me as soon as I got there. When I met CHRISTINE AU, I explained what I wanted done to my hair. At the time my hair looked like a beat up tomato. Different colors of red mixed in with black. Christine took the time to explain what she wouild be doing to my hair. SHE DIDN"T LEAVE ME. She stayed with me during my hair color and did not start another customer until she was done with my hair. My hair now is black with RUBY RED lights. I LOVE MY HAIR. Not only did I pay less than what I typically payed at the other locations, BUT i have not had to return. I have not been back in 2 months because the color is still VIBRANT and BEAUTIFUL.. I work for a health care facility and deal with patients all the time. I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis. I have recommended several friends to this location and they too have had nothing but good remarks on VISIBLE CHANGES. CHRISTINE explained she use to be a red head for some time and expalined to me what to do on how to make the color last and what to use to keep the color fresh. CHRISTINE YOU ROCK!!!! THANK YOU FOR MY HAIR COLOR AND FOR UNDERSTAnDING WHAT I WANTED!

• Cons: OFFERING SALON PRODUCTS EVEN AFTER SAYING NO THE FIRST TIME ( NOT CHRISTINE)

Tina is the Best

I have been going to Tina for years to get my hair colored. She ALWAYS gives me the color I want and exceeds my expectations. In my opinion she is the best one there, glad that she returned to the salon after having her baby. I would be lost without her.

Worst haircut experience

Spotted the new shop at LaCantera and thought they looked like they knew what they were doing. My appointment was supposed to be for a Master stylist and someone that knew how to cut curly hair. Well what I got was a begining stylist with no experiance with curly hair and I didn't realize this until halfway through the haircut. Finely after 3 trys an extra inch of hair and 45 minutes later, the haircut was completed. I do not like the fact that the stylist never sees your hair dry, only after someone else washes it. I said something at the front desk when I was leaving and the only response I received was did I want to leave a tip..Looks classy, not so.. Someone needs to get in there and work on there customer service..

Prissy has cut and styled hair for our lil family of 3 for 3 years now. Her attention to detail is impecable. Shes not only our hair stylist but a good friend of ours. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Visible Changes has a clean and comfortable atmosphere. If your looking for a new du.. or someone who will truly work magic or make you look amazing ask for Prissy. She has true talent and skill... She knows hair and will work her talents for your hair and looks. Just when I think we give her the hardest looks she pulls it off better than what we ask for. Jamie at La Cantera

I have been going to Jamie for years. When she moved from North Star Mall to the new location....even though it's further for me to drive..I'm still going to her. She does my hair BETTER than anyone I've ever gone to. She colors and cuts my hair. It's great having a stylist that does both.

Gabriel!

I, Like the other reviewers, have been looking for a hairdresser for a long time. I was recently engaged when I first came to gabriel. He listened very carefully to what I wanted and has helped me grow out my hair longer than I imagined! I have already done my portraits and my hair stayed impecaple the whole day through. I would highly reccomend gabriel to everyone, because he not only knows hair but he is very personable and its never a dull moment with him! ! !

Gabriel = Outstanding Results!

I am very particular about my hair, no one ever seems to get it right. That is until I visited Visible Changes and got a cut and color from Gabriel. It was absolutely fabulous! He listened very carefully to what I wanted, gave me some suggestions, and executed exactly what we talked about. I got very natural blonde highlights and an awesome haircut. Overall I highly reccomend him as a stylist and will continue to go there myself. Gabriel really out does himself. Go see for yourself.*****Gabriel the time I spent there was very well worth it. I am happy to report that my husband loved it and was just as pleased as I was. :)

I've been getting highlights and color with Melissa for awhile now...and my highlights/color are the best I have ever had and it's all due to Melissa's expertise on hair! MELISSA LA CANTERA

I have been going to visible changes for over 15 years and have good and bad expierences, but I can tell you that I have been going to Melissa <for color> for over 5 years (she works at the la cantera location) and every expierence is a great expierence. I work in the service industry and I always get compliments on her work! She makes me so comfertable at home and always gets me in an out in record time. The whole staff is excellent and I will continue to go to her and recomend people to Melissa!! She is awesome!!!
