I had a young man by the name of Roger that works for this company service my house. He said next time to call him that he would do it cheaper than the company charges.... Wow this company has some real issues... I wonder if Mr. Alongi still owns this company.

To whom it may concern I have sent concerned emails twice before on this man and your company seems to not care. This man called Paul is drinking and driving your company truck and you seem to not care if he should cause an accident or hurt someone. He already has one DWI, and that interlock or whatever you call it on his car, and now Pest Sheild is letting him drive their truck while he is drinking. The establishment he hangs out at is called Home Plate, watches evey spurs games at this place and then leaves drunk while driving your truck. I will be reporting this to the police since you seem to not care. Signed a Concerned Citizen

My experience is the same as btread...I was with them for almost 4 years and have decided to use a new company. When I first started with them the young man that was assigned to my house - would prompt and thorough. He left for a different position and the several guys that have come to spray are not near as thorough as a result I have had to twice pay for them to come out in between regular sprayings and pay the extra fuel charge each time. After speaking with management over my dissatisfaction there is an air of "we really don't care". I am sending my business else where now.

I have been a customer of pest shield for 9 years, but recently I have found there service to be lacking. I have an extended service agreement which states that they will retreat for any reason for not additional charge during the 3 months after treatment. A year ago or so they started charging a fuel surcharge (too bad we all can't charge a fuel surcharge) to treat the house every 3 months. Recently, I asked them for a retreatment, and they charged me a fuel surcharge. I am looking for a new pest control company.
