WOW!!! GREAT, CLEAN CUT GUYS!!

WOW!! GREAT, CLEAN CUT GUYS, I'M VERY HAPPY WITH HALF PRICE MOVERS!! AT FIRST I WAS VERY NERVOUS USING A MOVER TO MOVE ME. DUE TO HAVING A BAD BACK AND LACK OF TIME I BECAME LESS NERVOUS AND HIRED HALF PRICE MOVERS!! FROM THE INTIAL CALL FOR A QUOTE ALL THE WAY THROUGH I FELT I COULD TRUST THEM. THANKS, HALF PRICE MOVERS!!!

Trust worthy, affordable and professional movers

Half Price Movers is the company I would recommend!! From the office employee to the gentlemen that moved my great aunt were the greatest.... I was given the task of finding movers to relocate my Great Aunt into a Assisted living facility. The entire staff of employees I dealt with were very compassionate, my aunt loved them and so did I.

Do not Trust Half Price Movers

I have used Half Price Movers in the past, so I trusted them, but I should not have. When they moved me the last time it took 4 hours. This time it took 10 hours for the same stuff. Worse still, one of the guys stole jewelry out of my closet. I immediately reported this to the police, but Half Price said I had no proof even after I knew for a fact that the only guy who went in the closet was their newly hired guy. In fact, they fired him after this because he did not show up for work. Adding insult to injury, Half Price lied on their statements to the credit card company saying that they had to convince me to call the police. They also said they tried to work with me to refund me the extra hours they charged me that exceeded their estimate. These are lies. If you want good work, reliable movers, and you do not want things stolen, do not use Half Price Movers.

Disappointed in Customer service

This company moved me across town. I had a house and a full storage unit. The two guys who worked the move were great. They were very friendy and worked hard and fast. I was very pleased with the move. The only thing that happened was that one of the guys dropped a dresser into the wall and dented it pretty bad. It happens. They said that I could take a discount off of my bill or get it repaired. This is a rental house, so I decided that it should be repaired. I was not upset about it. I just need it fixed because it is not my house. The claims department contacted me a few days later and said that their repair guy would be calling me. A week goes by and I realize that he never called. I call them and talk to the girl that does claims. She said she would check into it and call me back. I wait. A few more days go by and nobody has called me. So I call back again. The girl is not available but she will call me when she finds something out. Still no call back. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I can't even get anyone to call me back. I have no idea if anyone is going to fix my wall. I could lose my deposit on my house because of them.

I started off a happy customer. I am no longer happy.
