You'll find the same glowing review for all Home Depots in SA. I'm sure it was written by someone with Home Depot. It's a big store, with lots of stuff, some high quality, some garbage. Forget the "ubiquitous" staff mentioned in the review. Like all big stores, Wal Mart, Target, etc., staffing is spotty and the staff ranges from helpful to unpleasant, knowledgeable to completely clueless.

• Cons: some of the stuff is junk, some of the staff is useless
