Worst manger I've ever encountered
by midnightkat at Citysearch
This location is unacceptable. I ordered the scampi and grilled chicken from the lunch menu.
a. was sat a table that still have the previous patron's food, plates, and MONEY still on the table! The waitress asked us stand there while she apoliogized and cleaned off the table. THERE WAS A WHOLE FREAKING LINE OF BOOTHS THAT WERE EMPTY and yet she still made us stand there while she cleaned the table.
b. the salad was served in a hot right-out-of-the washer bowl. Needless to say the salad was wilted when received it. When asked to replace it I was told "well it was just cleaned", as if it was somehow my fault.
c. when meal came out I only received the scampi. I asked where the chicken went, did it walk out because I should have at this point, and it was brought out on a little saucer. It had no seasoning or sauce as per usual when I order. At this point I had to speak with the manager. It was apparent, VERY apparent that she wasn't in a good mood. (When you accept a position as a manger it is assumed you are mature enough to leave your personal issues at the door.) "Yes?" That's how I was addressed, no how are you, my name is XX how can I help, etc. I explained what had happened up to that point to which she replied "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" WTF? I asked if she could do anything for a really shitty experience and she offered to take the salad off. I was changed in full.

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment.

In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

I THINK THE FOOD IS GREAT, ONLY PROB IS THAT ON T.V. EVERY PLATE LOOKS BIGGER! I MEAN FOR THE PRICES! HOSPITALITY IS A MUST THERE...
- Pros: GREAT TASTING FOOD
- Cons: BIG PRICES FOR SMALL AMOUNT OF PAPA!(FOOD)!
Service Undependable

It's not just this place but ANY Red Lobster I seem to go to, I always have the worst service! Wait too long for appetizer, wait too long for refill, wait too long for even a napkin! Formally from San Antonio, the Red Lobster(s) over here in Arizona IS THE SAME!! Who trains these people!?! I always have bad luck at any Red Lobster. I do not recommend this franchise to anyone when it comes to such lousy service. Overall, the food is slightly average.
- Pros: wait time, tardiness
- Cons: franchise, thorough training
