Dr. Kirchner is the most amazing doctor! His staff is incredible. Both of my children have suffered from the dreaded RSV and it's after effects. After months(infant), years (4YO) of agonizing, coughing, wheezing, retractions, numerous er vistis, visits to pedi/asthma doctor 2-3 x's a week for months, med changes, hospitalizations, our children are controlled. Literally after one week of med changes, and the initial visit, we have resumed a normal life pattern. He spent almost two hours in a room with us without interruption. He connects with them on a personal level, watches acutely for symptoms whilst talking and is very agressive with treatment and above all is progressive about CONTROLLING symptoms before they get out of hand. I cannot say enough about him and his caring, sensitive and knowledgeable staff. We have only seen him once and have not been to a doctor for symptoms since.... (knock on wood:) I highly recommend this office and you will not be disappointed!
Pros: Agrresive, advocate for the child, sensitve to the parental worries, "WALL OF FAME" which we have high hope of seeing our children on!
Cons: NONE, would pay anything to park where practice is established!

My daughter used to be sick for weeks from school every year during the winter months. Dr. Kirchner diagnosed the problem on our very first visit and explained everything to me on a simple but knowledgeable level. He was fantastic with my daughter, even using some amazing "cartoon" voices to put her at ease! We took an international trip not too long ago and due to his preventative care, a very serious problem was able to be handled. My daughter now sleeps through the night without coughing and for the first time in her life has had perfect attendance in school! Also, I think his staff is FANTASTIC! I have NEVER had a problem with them!

I am pleased to tell everyone that there are still doctors out there which care about thier patients. I brought my daughter to see Dr. Kirchner after being sick often in the winter months. He was thorough and explained in detail the symptoms and what we were going to do to help my daughter not get sick. thanks to his caring heart my daughter has not been sick as often and at best short at duration. thank you

Each time I have called or entered this doctor's office I have been treated unprofessionally by his staff. The only reason we continued to visit Dr. Kirchner was his ability to bond with my son. If at all possible avoid this office since you feel worse leaving than going in. It has gotten so bad, he just lost us.
Pros: The doctor is great if you get past the staff
