Normally great food and so so service but notice a definite decline in customer service. Last visit took 2.5 hrs. Went at lunch, weekday, seated shortly and ignored by our waitress for 40 minutes who then brought tea but no cups and dirty plates. She seemed to have personal issues and we had to beg another waiter to take our order after walking our dim sum order to the kitchen ourself. We tried to order and she would walk away midsentence and it seemed she did not want to particulary wait on us,although she waited on, served, 3 tables after we were seated who all left before we were served.We waited a long time for the manager to come over, was saved by another gracious waiter who took our orders, and the manager said "sorry" and kept pouring tea for us and didn't seem to listen understand that we felt unwelcome and his employees rudeness shook our kids up who were with us. This employee made it very hard to do business with them as she wouldn't take our order, and represented the place in a very bad light and in front of our children.The manager did not care that we were so patient and nice about things.We like good chinese and half the people at the table that day were asian. Judging by her looks toward us and attitude she brought some personal issues and took them out on us. We have been going there for years and won't be going back. Stay far, far away from this place. After we left, we joked that maybe this employee is a family member they have to put up with. Maybe they do,but not this paying customer.
