Owner is a witch with a capital B

This place is a dump. Management manages to run off any decent office help they find. Owner is a tyranical bully. She seems to enjoy taking advantage of people less fortunate than herself. She is rude and insensitive and generally not a nice person. She's paranoid and defensive. Run as far away as you can from this mobile home park.

Interesting Reviews

I was using city search to review some manufactured home parks in San Antonio and found it interesting that all the bad reviews for this park are spread throughout the years and all the good reviews were written on the same EXACT day...every single one of them. Interesting. Could management be in on this? Probably.

I like the park

I am writing about Lakeside Village. I have had nothing but a great experience at this community. It is always clean and quiet. The management staff has helped me everytime I needed it and even waived late fees for me when I had financial problems. They are good people and keep the park up.

GOOD PLACE TO LIVE FOR FAMILIES

We like living at Lakeside Village. The park is in a good school district. I have 5 children and they go to the public schools. The elementary school is right next door to the park. The school bus picks the children up right in the front and it is very good for our family. There is also a Via bus stop right at the front for people that need to take the bus. I only have one car so it is good that my wife can ride the bus to work. I also like the size of the lots, they are very big and we are not close to our neighbors. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a lot for their manufactured home. Thank you

Large Lots, Shade Trees, Great Location

Lakeside Village has very large lots for your home. My wife and I love it here. The community is clean and close to our doctors and SW Military Drive for anything we need. It is also very quiet here because they do not have animals outside. I have also got many family members to move here. They all like it to.

Great community, Clean and Friendly.

I have lived at Lakeside Village for approximately 8 years now. My family and I love it here! The community is kept up and always clean. The management staff has always been friendly to me and my family and helped me when they could. The lots are very big compared to other parks in San Antonio. I would recommend this park to anyone wanting this area, it is close to everything.

AVOID THIS PARK, FULLY CONUR WITH PREVIOUS BAD RATINGS, THEY HAVE TRASH THROWN ON BY THEM ON VACANT LOTS, INCLUDING TREE LIMBS AND OTHER TRASH. THEY WANT TO FINE YOU

FOR FALLEN LEAVES, THEY DO NOT REPAIR SEWER LINES THEY DAMAGE AND TRY TO GET YOU TO

THE FOOT BILL. CITY PUBLIC SERVICE IS TO BE COMING SO FAR IT BEEN CLOSE TO A YEAR NO PUBLIC SERVICE AS OF THIS DATE THEY TORE UP THE YARDS TO LAY THE ELECTRIC LINES TO DATE EVENTHO LINES AND METERS ARE INSTALLED NO PUBLIC SERVICE. THE TENANT MUST CLEAN UP THE MESS THERE WORKERS LEFT OVER DIRT PILES ETC. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Stay Away From This Place At All Costs

The worst place you will ever live. Stay away from this place. Management are crude hillbilly crooks that will attempt to take every dollar from your pocket.

They are irrational people that cannot be reasoned with. They are incapable of holding a conversation without yelling or tantruming.

They torture other tenants in the park with ridiculous rules and policies

They monitor and bill you for your energy use and they will not hesitate to overestimate and overprice you for it

AVOID this place!

• Cons: Very High Energy Cost, Stubborn Cruel Management

Horrible Place To Live, AVIOD

We lived here for 4-5 years and it was by far the worst place we have ever lived... From the ridiculous fines and high energy bills (electric bill is paid to Lakeside Village, so they control the rate, it gets ugly ) to the very rude and controlling ways of the management staff... This is by far the worst place you'll ever live

PLEASE AVOID This Mobile Home Community At All Costs!

If you need more... Ask the poor souls that still live in Lakeside Village... They won't hesitate to tell you how big of a bully the management staff is.
