Always a pleasure. I have been seeing Dr Zilbert for many years now. I have always felt she took the time to explain things to me in a manner I could understand them. She has done fillings, a crown and routine care on me. On occasion I have needed an emergency appointment and they get me in quickly.

Her support staff is always friendly and I don't have to wait a long time when I show up for my appointments.

Other family members use her also and like her.

The office is always clean and neat, a far cry from some dentists I've had in the past.

Manipulated and in pain. At first I loved going to her. She made me feel welcome and so did her staff. I was having jaw problems and just wanted a referral to a dental surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed. She cleaned my teeth (painfully so) and told me I need multiple fillings before I got my wisdom teeth removed. It was my first time going without a parent and I agreed. Over the next couple weeks she gave me over 10 fillings (on every minor cavity). She was going to do a root canal when I said no I needed my wisdom teeth out. I'm all healed up from my wisdom teeth but I still can't chew crunchy food or any food warmer or cooler than room temp. because my teeth still hurt where she did the fillings (its been close to 3 months). THEY WANT YOUR MONEY. RUN.

Btw she used up all of my dental insurance for the year so I have to wait until January to get my teeth even looked at again.…

Great team. I was very impressed with the entire staff. They were very caring and I never felt like they were trying to sell me something (the way I felt at another dentist). She made a porcelain bridge for me. It is beautiful. The color perfectly matches my other teeth and you cannot tell it is there.

Found a good dentist. I needed a check up after moving to SA. She was recommended to me so I gave her a try. After doing an exam she spent a good amount of time with me explaining things and answering questions. I did need two small fillings and that went well. Her office is very neat and the staff is nice and knowledgable. I have recommended her to others so I thought I would post it here also.

Office is not a busy "patient mill" like some I have been to in the past.

Beautiful Work. She is an artist, I had two front teeth with veneers that I thought always looked bad. One broke recently and needed to be fixed. I had her replace both since I they were so old. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my new teeth. I am proud to smile again and I can't tell you rhe confidence it gave me. The color is perfect and they match my other teeth beatifully.

Very Good Experience. I had not been to the dentist in years out of fear. I finally had to go and was extremely apprehensive. Some recommended Dr Zilbert and I was very pleased with her demeanor and treatment. I now wonder to myself why I let it go so long. She definitely takes the time to make sure it is done right while making sure I am comfortable with the procedures.

15 had a root canal!. I went to this doctor and was told I had several old fillings needing to be replaced with a root canal, etc with no pain or issues to warrant this. My husband has forked over 10K in one year before he realized he was being scammed into unneeded work. She wanted to do all these different treatments for gum issues, etc at an very high out of pocket cost! She makes you feel like it really needs to be done!! My husband found out his ex took their 15 yr old son to her and was given a root canal at 15!! We all stopped going and found new dentists all to be told everything she tried to claim was false. This office only seeks your money... cash! Not insurance claims!…

Horrible, rude office manager, fradulant charges. My daughter was seen for a regular cleaning and check up. My insurance covers this 100%. To my daughters amazement she was charged $90.00 at the end of her visit. The charge was for a full mouth XRAY. This was already done within the previous year. She did not need this, if they had called to verify benefits like all other offices do they woould have realized this. My insurance company is requesting all Xrays and molds, notes in order to do a pre determination of services. I received my copies at home but when I called the Dr's office I was told by the office manager and the only lady that ever answers the phone they never received them. I asked for a fax number and she told me the fax machine was down. I have called and left several messages for Dr. Zilbert to discuss my daughters procedures and make sure they send in all documentation the insurance needs. I am still waiting .. I called again and this time.. the office manager just wouldnt give me the fax # and now states that the Dr herself does not want to work on my daughter. I know they cannot provide the insurance with casts or molds because they were never taken and my daughter was charged for them also. The submitted charges were at $1800.00

Horrible customer service, still waiting for a call from the Dentist. and fradulant charges!!!!!!!

This has been a nightmare, I have never dealt with a dentist office like this one. I have 4 kids and myself and always have our regualr checkups. I am very aware of how things should be handled concerning charges and billing. This office is horrible..
