I do a lot of my own work, but had a problem with a bolt breaking off in my distributor. Called and got the owner on the phone, who gave me a good quote. I'm always skeptical with shops because so many will quote low, then rake you over the coals when you pick up your vehicle. Not these guys. The quote was exactly what I was charged and the project was done to perfection. I had my car torn apart in my garage and couldn't get the broken bolt out of the distributor. The mechanic not only drilled the bolt out, but took the distributor off to ensure he did it right. I'm recommending these guys to everybody I know. They were honest, explained everything to me and were very nice people. You don't get that everywhere. And in the age where getting screwed is expected when it comes to car repairs, this place was the exception. I don't know these people and had never gone by the place before this experience. I just wanted to share my experience.

Friendly, attentive staff. They try to make sure that things are done right. They are honest in their transactions and I have checked their prices against other shops and they are always in line. Never the highest. One time, my car was damaged by a sub-contracted transmission shop. E.C. Quality Car Car made sure that the damage was repaired to my satisfaction at no cost to me and without any hassle whatsoever. On another occasion a repair was made and about 3 weeks later the problem occurred again. This time, it was another item that went bad, not the original repair which they had thought cured the problem. No computer codes were given for the first problem. and none showed this time either. they definitely found the problem and notified me that they would not charge labor for the new, and different repair, if I would pay the price for the part. That was as fair a proposition as I hoped for. They've been our shop of choice for nearly 6 years now and we will keep going back as long as their character and way of conducting business remain at the present high standards..
