This club is awesome. I love all the group exercise classes. The instructors are friendly and when I first joined went out of the way to make me feel at ease in the class. They encourage you to take it at your own pace and stress that this is for you, not a contest to keep up with your neighbor. I have a hectic work schedule and the variety of class times gives me little excuse to skip a workout. The facilty has great hours and again makes it easy to get in my workout. I love all the new tv monitors on each piece of cardio equipment. It makes time go by when your working out watching your favorite show. The staff is friendly and goes out of the way to make you feel welcome when you come into the club. I have several "club" friends and all agree that this is a great place to workout.
