I've been a member for about 3 years. I visit the gym 3 - 5 times a week. I started using this gym mostly because of it's location relative to my home. The gym is very clean and well maintained. Some of the equipment is older but still in good condition. Lately there have been numerous improvements, such as the cycling studio and new flatscreen television monitors, and some newer eliptical equipment. People are very friendly and there are numerous scheduled activites for all skill levels including children. On the down side the price is higher than other gym's in the area. I suppose this is more of a Health Club than a gym as the name suggests. Also, I would prefer 24 hour access. My children enjoy the Kids Care area but I think the club could probably provide more and better activities. Still sometimes I go just because my kids are bugging me to take them. The bottom line is I would recommend this club. I'm willing to pay more because I feel comfortable at this club and as a result I go regularly. Pros: Freindly, clean, well maintained Cons: Price, not 24 hours
