I am a single woman with two teenage children and I have been renting a property from Liberty Management for several years and always have had great service. The owner decided to sell the property that I was renting and I thought that I was going to have to move. I wanted to buy the property but I did not have the money for the down payment or closing cost. Liberty Management was able to help me get a loan under a first time homebuyer program. The homebuyer program paid all of my down payment and closing cost with a fixed rate loan. My monthly payments are a little less than what I have been paying rent. Liberty Management staff has always been caring and great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their home managed or to anyone that wants to rent a home. Thank You,

Excellent service with selling both times I used Liberty Management, Inc. First time I used them my home was sold in 1 day. The second, 3 yrs later, my home was sold in 5 days.

I'm an landloard for some properties is San Antonio, and I've been with Liberty for some time, and I never had a problem with their management of my properties. I did some research about them, I did not found any negativiness comments about them. My tenants a very please with their services. They never had a problem that was not take care of it and in a very timely manner. I'm a landloard that is very concern about my tenants rigths and needs. So if they are happy with Liberty Management werives and personal, I'm happy too. I strongly recomend anybody their services, they very professional and allways ready to solve any problem that arise from tenant side or from our side (landloards). They do an excelent work.

Liberty Management has been managing my townhome for almost 2 years. The staff is attentive to my concerns as a homeowner and has been successful in securing a qualified tenant. My property has been maintained well and I have never had any difficulty receiving rent payments.
Pros: Professional, Efficient, Convenient
