This place is definitely one of San Antonio's best kept secrets. It has a very cool, masculine, retro feel to it (you can just imagine Frank Sinatra puffing on a cigar in the corner), bring a date and she'll certainly be impressed. The bartenders are also sweet and very knowledgable. My only regret is that it closes so early on weeknights.
Pros: Cool atmosphere, good service
Cons: Hard to get to, closes early on weeknights

This place screams ambiance!! Great place for "drinks". Would also be a great place for a group to go and drink, talk and believe it or not... actually hear them. Easy feel with a decent humidor selection. I recommend the C.A.O Belicoso cigar and a white Russian! Don't expect to pick someone up(not to say it can't happen), it's a come with kinda place. CLASSY!!!

This place is a throwback to the 50's. Located at the basement of the Havana Riverwalk Inn, this bar is outfited with comfortable leather chairs and overstuff couches. The music is loud enough to enjoy, but it does not interfere with any conversations. The bartenders are gracious and friendly. This is a great spot for a drink before going out or as a cap on a great evening. If you get there later than 9:30 expect to stand.

Intimate lounge, with an expansive patio overlooking a quiet section of the often loud river walk. If you want a nice, quiet nightcap, away from mad crowds, this is the place. If you're looking for a see-and-be-seen place, this is not the place. Great end-of-date exclamation.
Pros: Intimate, Setting, Staff

Great, just like the hotel. Comfortable, good for groups or just two - friendly staff and good drinks.
Pros: Drinks, Comfort, Location

You can never go wrong with Club Cohiba, one of our favorite spots. We even had our wedding afterparty here and stayed at the hotel (The Havanna) for our wedding night. It's great! Kinda pricey but worth it.

Club Cohiba delivered 10 times over on what the review says. A couple friends and I were in from out of town and found this place on the internet. We had a fabulous time, the atmosphere was awesome, the drinks were great and the service was excellent. Looking forward to stopping in again come April for NIOSA.
Pros: drinks, atmosphere, good price

Club Cohiba recently opened a restaurant in an adjoining space... looks great, but don't bother stepping in. We made reservations well in advance planning for a special event and they denied the reservation ever existed, even though THEY called to confirm. I would describe the service as abysmal if there had been ANY. We literally had to stop one of the many well-dressed employees and beg them to take our order. We left after more than almost two hours... without getting more than half of what we ordered! Simply put, don't bother. Too many other great places to enjoy downtown.
Pros: Location
Cons: Overpriced, Poor service, Rude employees

I went there last night with my husband and two friends. We got there about 9:30 and it was still quiet, but by 10:30 the place was packed with people. I liked it because it was a quiet place that allowed you to talk to others without yelling over obnoxious music. The drinks and cigars were great, too! The only complaint I have is that you had to go to the bar for drinks instead of being served by a cocktail waitress.
Pros: Atmosphere
