Really was looking for some good pizza here in San Antonio and read all the good reviews on Brothers but when I went tonight to go it wasn't there. There are still signs at the plaza it was at and everything...disappointing really thought I had found a good pizza place
- Pros: wouldn't know
- Cons: Not there

I've been looking for a consistent pizza place in NW SA, but not a chain. Brother's is a "hole in the wall" joint located at Bandera @ Guilbeau. The first thingt you'll notice is the very chemically smell when you walk in...even my 5 year old refers to it as the "weird smelling place". The pizza is not bad...big floppy slices, but the cheapest pizza is around $16, and only $1 more for a X large. I wish they had a reasonably priced "medium size"...the box containing the leftover pizza will not fit in the fridge.
- Pros: NY style pizza
- Cons: smelly, dark, small place

Great friendly staff owned and operated by a husband and wife who are extremely friendly. Prices are a bit steep for the food and the sports bar itself is not to nicely decorated, but it is a sports bar. If your looking for good New York style pizza, I would definitely recommend it!
- Pros: Great pizza
- Cons: a Bit pricy for what you get
A perfect spot to watch the game

The pizza is outstanding and the beer is cold. A smaller joint, but it provides an excellent atmosphere for watching the game. They have TV's everywhere and they even have a screen that covers an entire wall. They have the Sunday ticket during the NFL season so you can usually watch whatever game you want.
Highly recommended!
Good NY Pizza Spot

This is a regular stop for us. Best NY-style pizza on the NW side. Service is often spotty. Despite the bar, they serve soft drinks in cans. The non-pie part of the menu is mediocre, so my best advice is to stick to the pizza. The place is small and so beware that seating may be cramped and limited on a very busy night.
- Pros: Great Pizza
- Cons: Canned Sodas

I was in the mood for pizza for the last few days and I am so glad that I found this local place. It's not much to see from the outside. Hell, to be honest it's not much to see on the inside but the pizza pie is amazing!!!!! All the flavors in my mouth are still fresh in my thoughts even the next day. All I ordered was a simple large pepperoni pie. When it arrived at the table I wasn't sure if I made the right choice by stopping to eat here. The pie looked a bit ragged, a bit greasy... boy was I wrong!!! With a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a fold to keep the toppings on the pie I took my first bite. It was a taste explosion happening in my mouth. The sauce, the pepperoni, the cheese all complimenting each other. If I wasn't there with my girlfriend I would have eaten the whole thing. I think she was pretty lucky to get two slices. Brothers is listed as a sports bar also, it does have a few screens and the owner did have on sports, unfortunately my Broncos lost last night. Sure I was happy to see the game there, but I am even happier that the pizza was so far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this pizza to anyone that is craving a delicious pie. I know that I will be returning to enjoy many many more in the future.
- Pros: great pizza, quaint, great small local bar.
- Cons: chair was a bit uncomfortable after a few hours....

This place is the BOMB!!! Their food is EXCELLENT!!!! Is obvious that most of the people?that gave a 5 star review...know what they are talking about! Including my family about "Brothers Pizza & Sport Bar" are in agreement that this place is the place to be. Their food in to die for by far... Why would you go anywhere else? The owner is from New York, and brings to San Antonio, Texas the way pizza should be made! He is the "THE MASTER OF NEW YORK PIZZA!!!" Bring your family & friends?I dare you! You will not regret it! The atmosphere that this place offers is outrages!!! The service is one and a million.
- Pros: Is a elite place!

Best NY Style Pizza in town, hands down. If you're looking for authentic thin crust NY style pizza with quality ingredients and a real WOW factor for a great price, look no further. Sandwiches and calzones are also top notch.
- Pros: Excellent NY style pizza
- Cons: hand-made to order food takes a little time but well worth it.

This place knows New York Style Cooking and the Pizza Business, lookout San Antonio for the false advertisers in New York Style Pizza. Brothers Pizza knows the Pizza Business and the owner will back his product if you are not satisfied. He is from New York and I am from Philly. I know Pizza since living in the New York metro area until last year. A friend told me about Brothers Pizza & Sports Bar in San Antonio. This place is small in size, but big in flavors. Their pasta and sauce is to be proud to say I am a real New Yorker and fellow brother to Philly. Their medium Pizza are everyone elses Large. Lookout DOMS & Pizza Hut and the other Pizza places in San Antonio. If this place gets the word out, he will need a Wal-mart size place to fit the people eating his Pizza. If you want to be impressed with size, order his large Pizza Pie. Dont even say the word Large Pizza, the owner will correct you to Say Large Pizza PIE, when ordering his Pizza.
- Pros: Excellent Pizza Pie & Service
