If you need a cute outfit for the weekend this is place to go! There clothes are so cute and you won't see everyone else in your same dress! After going to at least one wedding a month I have done some shopping...I only wish I had found them a few years ago!

It can be a real headache finding something to buy your girlfriends for their birthdays-but not now! I first visted this shop about 3 months ago and now I try to find excuses to go! So if you are the type who wants to buy something one-of-a-kind and extra special, you have to visit this store! The prices are very reasonable so you can find a great gift and have money left over to throw something in for yourself!

Pros: Lots of things to choose from! Very Unique!

Bless your Heart remains to be the best place for fun Texas style Jewelry. I love to come and just browse...of course I always spend money! I have been shopping at BYH for many years and the refund policy has always been the same. I am sorry that the other reviewers did not see where the policy is stated but it is there in the store...everywhere! I must say that I too have impulsively bought something and then got it home only to wish that I got the other color but I know what the policy is and I just go on with my day. I too believe that the customer is always right maybe because my Mom is from Chicago and worked at Marshall Field's where the term originated from but that only applied during the first years of Marshall Field's buisness. Once the general public got unscrupulous and scammed the business owner they had to stop "giving the store away". I think the owners at this store bend over backwards for their customers. Did you the disgruntled customer ever speak to owners or did you just come here to vent and ruin a good thing?

Pros: Great Vera Bradley, Fun shoes, Great sales

I've been shopping at this store since they opened and they continue to just get better and better. The BEST place for gifts and definitely for self, haha. It's sad that one person had a bad experience, but the jewelry is definitely NOT expensive, unless you're used to shopping at Wal-Mart, which is fine, but this place is so much cuter and VERY reasonably priced. Because it's so reasonably priced you have to be smart with your return policy, it's a one shop business not a Pottery Barn or Gap mega company where returning items does NOTHING for there bottom line. I recommend this store to EVERYONE, all ages, all styles, there's something for EVERYONE! And I do know the managers and most of the employees and everyone is VERY helpful and sweet and go out of their way to help. We all have a bad day every now and then, maybe that's what happened, it's called grace, we all could use and give a little more. God Bless!

This shop is so spectacular in their product offerings, clothing, jewelry and gifts that I shop there all the way from California! I have never been less than thrilled with my purchases, and continually receive compliments on the items I have bought. I have met one of the owners, but only once, so while I am not a personal "friend", I have had nothing but pleasant, rewarding experiences in buying from this store. Five stars, all the way! Interesting to note: the other disgruntled "posters" all seem to be making the same complaint - seems more like a smear campaign by one person than valid reviews.

OMG, Love this place. I got a coupon in the mail to check out the fabulous Prom jewelry and take 15% off my selection...who wouldn't go? FUN FUN FUN. Funny the one reviewer stated she got bad customer service and thought it was because of her race... really... are you going to play the race card?? How stereotypical and rude....as my high school counselor has stated some people are just mean because they are jealous of your popularity or your good fortune. Could this be the problem? Did you actually speak to the owners about your situation?

Pros: Fun Texas Girl wear!

This is the one store in San Antonio that I buy my Vera at. The girls are helpful and I can always send my husband there because I know he will be helped out! The rest of the store is fun to look around in and I always end up with more than Vera! Last time I went in I found so much for my daughters Easter Basket and of course some for me!

Pros: Vera

Cons: I never have enough time to see everything!

I love this store! I always find super cute clothes and when I wear them I get a ton of compliments! Also the shoes are such a bargin. I now have flats in every color! By the way, I have never been treated rudely and I am not a friend of anyone who works there. I can't imagine what this lady is talking about before me. Who knows, some just look for stuff to be mad about!

Pros: Well priced

Wow went to city search to write a review about a shop I love only to see that this is better drama than the "Gossip Girl show"! I find it funny that ALL these people writing reviews only have one review to write??? Do you think they could be the same person...I am only 16 but ladies (or should I say lady!) get a life! ROTFL!!! Whatever these lame women say this shop is awesome for the young girls that love fun cheap jewelry and Tshirts!!! I am really not sure who the owners are but all the people that work there are very nice almost too nice...

Pros: Great Jewelry on a babysitters budget

Cons: Not open on Sunday
