I was in need and in the mood for a hair cut when I came out of the bank, I was tired from work, had little time, not a lot of cash, no regular stylist, no appointment, not really even an idea of what style I wanted but I saw the words "Stylist" and "walk in's welcome" so I decided to take a long shot. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a VIP. The cute girl at the counter started searching for a slot for me and to my amazement Crystal Martinez was available. Crystal got me a diet coke and talked to me about what I wanted and needed in a hair style to fit my life style. I work on the floor at a hospital and summer is coming and I am aging so I need a style that I can pull back but still have a "style". Crystal got to work and gave me the best hair cut and style that I have ever had! I am so happy with my expierence there! See you later for my color. Thanks Crystal and everyone at Personal Touch!

Crystal Martinez did my hair, she did A GREAT JOB!!!!! took her time and did it well, gave me advice on how to keep up with the look, and I still look great THANK'S GIRL.....cant wait to go back!!!! :)

Went in on Saturday expecting a lot from this Salon. As I had never been there and based my appt. on reviews, I was expecting more professional interest. I had thought the stylist would assess my hair; condition, cut, and offer suggestions. She listened to me which is a plus but didn't offer any advice. When we were discussing the cut I had mentioned that I like my hair texturized; in the end she said that she did texturize, I only saw her do a couple of snippets here and there. I expected her to use texturizing scissors. I reserved judgement until this a.m. when I washed and styled my hair myself. It wasn't texturized to my liking. Too much thickness around the base for my cut.

It is hard to find someone to do your nails just the way you want them. It is hard to find someone you trust to color and cut your hair. I found both at Personal Touch. The people here become your friends if you are a regular customer. Walking in the front door there is always someone making anyone coming in the door feel welcome and at ease. Everyone working here wants you to look and feel good after you have had any of their services. I get asked by strangers "where do you get your hair done" and "who does your nails". I tell them because I know they won't be disappointed if they make a change.

Pros: People who really like what they are doing

Cons: Parking space is tough at lunch

This place is great! The staff is friendly and very helpful. It is very layed back and causal, which I really like. I had my hair done with Sam and she was excellent! I can't wait to go back and try the spa.

The moment you walk in you are greated by the two friendliest smiles. You receive a tour of their facility, which to my surprise is alot bigger than I expected. This spa is known for putting in the little extra personal touch. Well as I was receiving my manicure the tech behind us was spilling the beans about the employees and all the intimate details that went on behind closed doors. It was even more surprising when I found out it was the owner who was dicussing all these details with her client. It seemed unprofessional and a bit childish to me. Howeve, this little detail would not keep me from returning. All the other employees I met while receiving my tour where so welcoming.

Pros: Amazing group of Women

Cons: A little too much info. for my liking

They are the BEST spa I have EVER went to. I was having a double-destination wedding (and double the stress) and wanted my bridal party to have a special all day treat. They were very professional in all aspects. To start Kristy was quick to answer all my questions whether by phone or e-mail. When I had to re-schedule (the size of the party) and the date (due to my parents unforeseen illness) she was very kind and made it so easy. When I arrived for my special day I was still in "wedding planner mode" and Kristy immediately told me she would take care of everything and my job was to enjoy and relax. She and her wonderful staff made it a day to remember. Kristy and her staff created a calming atmosphere and allowed me to do what really matters. Spend time with the people I love.

Pros: Everything was Perfect!!!

Cons: Wish I lived closer to make it monthly event!

This is the place to go when you want to relax. The staff is very friendly, from the moment you walk in the door to to moment you leave you feel like it is all about you. It's fun, not "stuffy" and professional. I loved my experience and would highly recommend this to all of my friends and family.

For anyone looking for any easy getaway, whether its to unwind and relax, treat some friends, or to pamper yourself, Personal Touch Day Spa and Hair Salon is THE place to be. They have an awesome new location, with a newly added hair salon, great prices, and best of all the same OUTSTANDING staff. They always make sure to make you feel at home and at ease. I would recommend this spa/salon to anyone and everyone! Keep up the fabulous work Kristy, Shelly, Janie, Anna, Belenn, Michelle, and Gloria! You gals are FIERCE!
