Eat Rubber Instead

I have no idea why this place gets good reviews. The fish is fishy and food bland. Couldn't even finish. There are many other Mexican places to drop your money. Or, you could just light a $20 bill on fire and watch it burn, which would be more pleasant than going to Guajillo's.

Real Mexican Food......

If you want the real thing, then you have just discovered it. Guajillo's is food made exactly the way the gorgeous country of Mexico would have liked it. You will never go back to Tex-Mex ever again. This will become your Home restaurant forever. It is the best way to drive your taste buds "Loco". If you find it hard to believe, try it, and you will be converted. Try everything on the menu. After that, it will be hard to decide just which meal to pick your next visit. I am telling you the truth. Here is a hint---the owners are actually from Mexico. And, them, and "Only" them have the real flavor of Mexico right there in San Antonio.

Satisfaction time after time after time

I can't think of any place in town that ALWAYS serves up delicious, satisfying food. Besides the food, the staff is amazing and don't get me started on the drinks. Guajillos is hands down the BEST place to eat in town.

I go there as often as possible and anytime I want to be certain to enjoy a delicious meal.

Guajillos Restaurant is the best out there. The service, food and DRINKS are fantastic...! I love having lunch here...

There is not place live home (Mexico) but for sure this restaurant is the shortcut to mexico.

No tex-mex here. The real thing. Excellent sauces and authentic preparation. Love the agua frescas. Best tacos al pastor in town.
