I had long hair forever and I always was recognized and complimented because of my rocker babe hairstyle! But it was time for a change and It was time for something new. Scary but I was told to go to toni and guy in northstar mall so .... I went! Jadah was not only the coolest hair dresser evaaaar she created a new me! I feel so chic, fresh and get complimented everywhere I go. I look younger and feel it too! Jadah you rock girl!!!! Although I live in Houston I will certainly take the drive to San Antonio to see her on a monthly basis. PS for all you woman out there who need a new you and an additional bonus men advice (because they are well ... arf arf! lol ) GO SEE JADAH !

Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.

• Pros: None - it merits ZERO stars.
• Cons: Unprofessionalism, poor workmanship
