WORST EXPERIENCE FOR A BRIDE or any person in general!!!!! by unsatisfied c. at InsiderPages

I am writing to complain about a very unprofessional treatment that my sister had received or (should I say) did not receive on her WEDDING DAY.She had scheduled an appointment for 9:45am at the North Star location in San Antonio for an updo. When she arrived there was no one there. The store was not even open. (When she had made the appointment she was told that they opened early for special appointments.) She called pleanty of times, and also had me and 4 other people calling for her as she was in tears. She then waited for almost 20 additional minutes and still nobody opened the doors or answered the phones. I then left a message and phone number to be reached at and no one even tried to contact us back...ON MY SISTER's WEDDING DAY! After realizing that Toni and Guy were not as professional as they pledged to be; the bride took her tears to another hair salon and she felt as if her day was ruined.Thankfully her day still went great, no thanks to the San Antonio North Star Toni and Guy. On August 12, 2008 San Antonio's North Star location lost 10 customers who used to be satisfied.She has yet to receive any form of an apology.It was her wedding day... and it was almost ruined by a so called professional company.

Thank Heavens for HATS!

Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.

• Pros: None - it merits ZERO stars.
• Cons: Unprofessionalism, poor workmanship
