I totally agree with Cathleen!! Jenelle is OFFICIALLY my hairdresser!! She does take the time to work with what she has and makes it look FABULOUS!!! I also have to tell you about Melinda. She does my color at T&G North Star mall and she is AWESOME!! I've never left unsatisfied. I LOVE her!! She knows how to get the RIGHT colors on you!!!!

Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.

• Pros: None - it merits ZERO stars.
• Cons: Unprofessionalism, poor workmanship
