i love toni and guy. i am from houston. I moved to San Antonio and went to the toni and guy at North Star Mall. I meet a cute girl named Diana and she gave the best haircut ever. She did exacly what i want and she was very polite. I will recommend her to everybody i know.

Thank Heavens for HATS!

Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.

• Pros: None - it merits ZERO stars.
• Cons: Unprofessionalism, poor workmanship
