My stylist is Art Herrera and in my estimation he's creartive, daring, innovative, and adventuresome.

My first experience with Toni & Guy was in Tampa, Fl while my husband and I were home for the 2006 Christmas Holiday. I was growing my hair out into a Bob and our daughters suggested that a Bob was not me, and that I should go back to my signature style I'm known for which is similar to the cut worn by Dame Judy Dench. My hair is salt and pepper and a short cut seems to accentuate my silky silver hair!

Paolo, the Level 9 Instructor at the Tampa location accommodated me without an appointment and was very kind to make an appointment for me at the North Star Mall San Antonio, TX location when we returned in January.

Paolo and Art are very talented individuals who truly love their craft and as a result I've received many compliments. One of our daughters is now a regular client of Paolo which is a good thing as we're high maintenance individiuals who expect nothing but the very best in product and service.

While at a cosmetic counter in the San Antonio Nordstrom's, I was approached by a customer who complimented my haircut and asked for the referral. She is now a regular client of Art Herrera's in San Antonio.

I appreciate the great customer service and Art's attention to detail and am glad to refer Toni & Guy anytime!

Thank Heavens for HATS!

Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.

• Pros: None - it merits ZERO stars.
• Cons: Unprofessionalism, poor workmanship
