i happen to wk at the northstar location,and although im sorry for ur sister(everyone wants to have a worry free wedding day), i feel i need to defend the salon by saying that aug.12th is a tuesday; we are always open at 9am on tuesdays. we open everyday except sunday at 9am.Because we are located in a mall we have to open and close at specific times or we will be fined.

Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.

• Pros: None - it merits ZERO stars.
• Cons: Unprofessionalism, poor workmanship
