Needed to literally get my hair fixed from another salon, was referred to Rachel. Not only did she fix the horrible color that I had gotten, but actually took the time to listen and make very fantastic suggestions of color to blend with my own hair color. I was treated like a queen. I highly recommend Rachel, at T & G at Northstar Mall if you want it done correctly and high level of service! Remember you get what you pay for.

Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.

• Pros: None - it merits ZERO stars.
• Cons: Unprofessionalism, poor workmanship
