If you don't mind the fact that you (made the mistake of) signing a lease renewal in October ans still haven't gotten a copy by April of the following year, then by all means, rent from this management firm.

If you like being blown off and told they will call you back 'at their convenience' when calling about a dead animal in your laundry room, then by all means, rent from this management firm.

If you like being treated like you're an imposition despite the fact that you're paying them $24,000 over the term of your lease, then by all means, rent from this management firm.…

SAVE YOUR RECORDS AND RECEIPTS. Horrible experience with property management!! They lost our rent receipt and we received multiple calls exclaiming that we were late on our rent and needed to pay late fees. It was only when I drove 30 minutes up to their office and showed them my receipt that they realized their mistake - mind you, no apology was ever made! It takes weeks and several nagging phone calls to get anything fixed. We complied in every way upon move-out, yet were docked over $500 for nail holes that were there before we moved in! Granted, I didn't write "miniscule nail holes" in the inspection sheet upon move-in, but I didn't realize "miniscule nail holes" were note-worthy, nor did I realize they would cost me $500!! An expensive oversight on my part. All this despite the inspection guy telling me verbatim, "I wish all renters kept their house as clean as this one". Write EVERY detail, keep every receipt, photocopy every document and keep track of every conversation or phone message you have with these people! Side note: We used a realtor from D'Ann Harper to purchase a home, and she was fantastic. Our negative experiences have been solely with property management.…

HORRIBLE REALESTATE COMPANY. Terrible experience with this realestate company, made an offer on a house which they had told me was accepted only to find out at the home inspection that they never got the seller to sign the contract and that I didn't have a valid contract!

I don't believe this company to be ethical, I will never do business with them again!…

2 Days and already regrets. Only lived here for two days. What a mistake, I already regret renting through them. On top of that I have to deal with them for one whole year. GUARANTEED!! SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR DEPOSIT - UNETHICAL. I find it completely amazing reading these reviews. Every one is almost exactly what I have dealt with when dealing with this unethical company. Property Management is nonexistent and nonresponsive, but will gladly take your rent, and deposit too!! They had no intention of returning our security deposit and have charged bogus maintenance fees to avoid doing so. The property was thoroughly cleaned inside and out as requested, to include professional carpet cleaning, as well as the lawn being mowed and shrubs trimmed. Fees for weed treatment for a lawn that never existed, cleaning the interior of the home, when floors were already swept and mopped, windows/ledges/blinds cleaned, countertops, tubs, sinks, and mirrors were all cleaned prior to vacating property. It wasn’t long after submitting a maintenance requests did I understand what type of company I was dealing with. They couldn’t have been anymore nonresponsive. Requests were never acknowledged until I informed property management I would make the repairs myself and deduct the difference from monthly rent. Only then did I get almost an immediate response in reference to repair requests that were submitted days earlier. After reading the many online complaints filed against this company and their business practices it appears I’m not their first victim or do I believe I’ll be the last…

Worst Experience Ever!. This was the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. Our property was in terrible condition when we moved in and we made many improvements to it in our 2 years there. Yet still we were robbed of our $1575 deposit and asked to pay another $200 for "damages". My favorite part is that we were charged $300 to clean the carpets and $600 to replace the carpets. WTF??? This place is terrible. They are thieves and take forever to respond to maintenance requests.…
