I've been a student at "Yoga In Motion" for two years and it's been a wonderful experience. I've had some health challenges in the last couple of years and have found that my yoga practice has helped in eliminating some of the medications I may have had to take in order to manage my symptoms. The instructors are ALL excellent and very conscientious of the needs of their students. Each class is structured according to skill level and the teachers are always willing to answer questions and help students achieve their individual goals. My favorite part of the class is at the end when we go into "relaxation" mode - it sets the tone for my day! The cost for the classes is very reasonable, with the added bonus of purchasing a "class card" which gives the student a discount based on the number of classes purchased. The studio is tastefully decorated and very comfortable.
Pros: Easily accessible; great instructors; great atmosphere
