First of all my name is Rocky G. and im from San Antonio, feel free to call me if anybody has any questions about my personal experience as i went through, I chose to fight, and I won my 2nd DWI case. I went through a lot!! I made a lot of Mistakes that I know many of ya'll out there going through this crazy time along and for the first time can learn from. Ok back to my story: I got my first DWI when i was 18 yrs old. I was young i was speeding and i had a Hot girl in my passenger seat. I was pulled over pulled out of my car handcuffed while one of the officers flirted with my girl friend. I got P.O.'d and told him i was going to report him. he asked his partner , I think he's drunk what do you think? the other officer agreed and there I go to jail for DWI.

I see a judge that evening and because he had a bad day that day he sent me to jail to await trial with out bond for NO Reason! I spend 3 whole months in jail before he lets me out. I nor my family had money to fight the case so I just pleaded no contest to my DWI 1St. not knowing the heavy consequences later on in life.

here I am 27 yrs old 9 yrs, later and I am still haunted by that mistake of not fighting for my Rights!.

I get falsely accused for another DWI, my second on file .Now Im facing major jail time.Lucky for me I am a lot wiser about the law .I went thru2lawyers in 2 yrs. the Lord lead me to Jamie Balagia 6 months later
