Mr. Jamie Balagia!! Of course people that pay YOU very good MONEY to keep them from taking responsibility for their DWI. They're going to say good things about you. However I don't know you, nor do I really want to, because you yourself represent bad behavior by representing folks that need to do TIME for their choices that puts others at risk or their graves. You and lawyers like wise are the problem when it comes to this subject of DWI and not the solution. Why is it that DWI?S are ok with you people? There are to many folks on the road now that can't drive and those that make the choice to drink and drive can?t drive without causing death or harm to other people. How in the world can you lawyers defend an action that is just plain wrong? Oh wait, it?s the MONEY how dumb of me. Here?s my advice Mr. Balagia, do something that one can respect for a change, instead of posing for a picture in the local newspaper that?s seems to be worried about his BIG FAT PAYCHECK at the expense of victims on the road, that are NOT out drinking and driving.

As a former police officer I know most citizens don't know their legal rights. Most accused of DWI are ordinary citizens that happened to "drink and drive" - which is not against the law. Many are NOT intoxicated. You think if I drink and drive I am a "bad person" and guilty of DWI. Our Constitutional Rights are not God-given rights. Our forefathers fought and died to obtain them. You believe in the theory of "guilty UNTIL proven innocent" and that is frightening. The state has every benefit in the war against ?drinking and driving". Thank God for "BIG FAT PAYCHECK" lawyers who can effectively defend those accused, help them get treatment (if needed) and fight junk science and attacks on our freedom. Officers make overtime pay by going to court on DWIs and that is an abuse of the public. Have you ever spoken out on behalf of the falsely convicted? I don't support "drunks" driving on our roads; they could kill or injure themselves or my family. Please try to be part of the solution.

Everything turned out the best for my daughter!!! We were able to put this all behind us and get my daughter back on track. Jamie's office handled everything in a highly professional, courtious, and friendly manner. I would highly recommend them to any parent who needs expert representation for their son or daughter or anyone who needs help with a DWI. They were there every step of the way!!! Thanks for all your help!!!!

Hey ya'll fellow City Searchers. I wash just surfing and i came about my old lawyers posting and I just read this bad review on his post and i just got to say something.O.K. everyone got a right to their own opinion cool ,Well here is mine.This is my personal testimony:
Jamie Balagia A.K.A.The DWI Dude is my Guardian Angel literally and he can be yours too.
First of all my name is Rocky G. and im from San Antonio, feel free to call me if anybody has any questions about my personal experience as i went through, I chose to fight, and I won my 2nd DWI case. I went through a lot!! I made a lot of Mistakes that I know many of ya'll out there going through this crazy time along and for the first time can learn from. If you want to talk to someone besides a lawyer call me @ ait tre six for sevN 12 i can help you easy your mind on many levels.
Ok back to my story: I got my first DWI when i was 18 yrs old. I was young i was speeding and i had a Hot girl in my passenger seat. I was pulled over pulled out of my car handcuffed while one of the officers flirted with my girl friend. I got P.O.'d and told him i was going to report him. he asked his partner , I think he's drunk what do you think? the other officer agreed and there I go to jail for DWI.
I see a judge that evening and because he had a bad day that day he sent me to jail to await trial with out bond for NO Reason! I spend 3 whole months in jail before he lets me out. I nor my family had money to fight the case so I just pleaded no contest to my DWI 1St. not knowing the heavy consequences later on in life.
here I am 27 yrs old 9 yrs, later and I am still haunted by that mistake of not fighting for my Rights!.
I get falsely accused for another DWI, my second on file .Now Im facing major jail time.Lucky for me I am a lot wiser about the law .I went thru2lawyers in 2 yrs. the Lord lead me to Jamie Balagia 6 months later
ALL CHARGES WERE DISMISSED!! = )

- Cons: Might be a little pricey up front but worth every penny 10 fold in the Long Run.

I would not recommend Jamie Balagia.
He made big promises but was not able to come through.
He did not give my son's case proper management, nor did he do proper investigation and as a result my son is paying for his lack of concern.
One could do just as well respresenting himself.
All in all, my associate with Mr. Balagia and his professionalism was less than acceptable.

Fighting for freedom is what I do best. So when I got pulled over I knew I wanted someone that had the same instincts as me by taking the fight to them and up hold my rights as a person that I work so hard to protect. Jamie Balagia fights the battle for your rights of being innocent until proven guilty by using knowledge, professionalism, experience, and riding the edge to do what he can to prove you innocent. Having Jamie on your side of the law is like having a good buddy in the same foxhole. I knew nothing was guaranteed but I felt like he gave me the best chance to win and he got the job done in my case and proved me innocent. Having the right lawyer to represent you is everything when you sit in court.
