You don't find people like this anymore

Great company with GREAT EMPLOYEES! My movers-Thomas, Alex, and Jason found nearly $600 dollars, covered in dust, behind my daughters desk. This is more than my total moving cost was. We don't even know when she lost it. You don't find people like this anymore. I definitely recommend these movers. I am making sure this deed does not go unnoticed. I am writing about this everywhere for everyone to know.

good moving company

These guys worked like clockwork...They were so on the same page I had no worries 20 minutes into the move. I had allot of boxes on the 3rd floor, and the two movers worked so well as a team it cut the labor in half. I think I don't have to hire a moving company again after watching these guys, they made it look so easy I think I can do it lol.

move for cheap made my my move so smooth from a 2nd floor to a 3rd floor. alex and riley were friendly and took great care for all my furniture. thanks for everything. will use yall again next time.

Got the job done

I have mixed feelings about the service of Move For Cheap. They give you a courtesy call the day before the move for confirmation. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. You have to wrap anything you want protected because they will not take the time to do it, for example, my armoire got some surface damage because they did not use a blanket to transport it. Also, when I got the quote over the phone I was told that washer/dryer connections were part of the move but it was a different story when the movers were on site, $50 dollars extra to hook up both appliances, rip-off. Sleeper sofas are an additional $25 which is somewhat understandable. All in all they got the job done quickly but remember to protect your items ahead of time and do your own connections.

• Cons: Poor handling of property and extra fees

Well, I'm happy that overall you were happy with our service. I am surprised though that you say you were charged extra fees on arrival-WE DON'T DO THAT, all of our fees are discussed on the phone with your sales rep. (even our automated system expains our rates while on hold!) I'm even more surprised that a customer would say we don't takee care of furniture; this is our number 1 goal. Unfortunately accidents can happen, even with a moving truck stocked with over 100 professional moving pads to protect customer furniture.

Best movers anywhere, great customer service

San Antonio movers provide same day service, in home re-arranging, loading and unloading services and a 25-foot truck.

I definately recommend these guys. Uniformed crew, strong, cute & friendly.

I was a nervous wreck until Move For Cheap showed up (10 minutes early) and assured me I was in good hands and they would take care of all my problems. 6 hours later I was on my couch, watching tv in my new house. I thought it would take twice as long. From the management to the movers, The M.F.C. team was wonderful!!!!!!!

• Cons: They had Limited Availability because they were too busy-CALL ASAP
