Mr. Pederson knows how to play "hardball" to protect his clients' legal rights.

My husband and I were very pleased with the way Mr. Marc Pederson helped us have custody of my husband's daughter. He really listened to our situation, and always returned our calls promptly. He even gave us his direct cell phone number for urgent matters. A few years ago, during my divorce, I had another lawyer and I was lucky if he would return my calls after 3-4 days! Now my husband's daughter is living with us, and his ex-wife is paying child support, thanks to Mr. Pederson staying on top of things and aggressively pursuing my husband's (and his daughter's) interests. I hope our family never needs an attorney again because it is never fun to get into legal battles, especially in family matters. But if we ever need a family law attorney again, we will not hesitate to retain Mr. Pederson in the future.

Nice guy

I only got a chance to speak with him briefly over the phone, but he was very nice and helpful. Very respectful and was able to refer me to another lawyer for my legal issue.

Not a "typical" lawyer--Marc actually returns calls.

I am very happy with the legal representation by Mr. Pederson. He was up front with me in the beginning when handling my problem, and always kept me in the loop.
