When I first walked into the boutique, I was greeted warmly and offered personal and friendly service from the shop owner. The boutique layout is excellent and is sectioned off to enable the customer to find exactly what they are looking for. The décor is adorable and classy. They offer a wide selection of high-end labels at affordable prices. The boutique is well established and Lillian, the shop owner, has excellent taste to provider her customers with excellent quality and in-style selections. With the high standards of customer service I received and friendly environment, this has made me a dedicated customer. I recommend Gernin Boutique to my family and friends and I cannot wait to return for more treasures!
Pros: Excellent customer service, wide selection and affordable prices!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

What a surprise to drive up to this place. The display windows were well decorated with happy Valentine's adornment. I was greeted by Lilian and her mother. She created Gernin by taking her mother's and father's name - how sweet! Lilian was very chatty and easy to talk to. Lilian has been in business for six years and knows her designer labels! Her decor was a hip Paris look with lots of frills and pink. Her dressing rooms were clean with Paris fashion decor on the walls. Her consignment is 50/50, the best in SA (the rest do 60/40). She keeps it simple unlike the rest of the consignment boutiques. The merchandise was well organized. She has a lot higher level clothes than most consignment boutiques in SA. I found a cute pair of BCBG jeans that fit perfectly. Lilian chatted with me at the counter. What a delightful find! A gem in northwest SA! Tell her I sent you!!!!
Pros: Lilian has the best customer service! Her consignment is 50/50.
Cons: Needs more jeans! Small.
