Great Food

by ironlionzion85 at Citysearch

I came her for my 22nd birthday and loved the ambiance, very laid back and relaxing...just exactly like you would like to feel when dining out. The food was amazing, and for some reason they sent me a free appetizer, which was a plus! The staff is very nice and courteous, couldn't have asked for anything better, plus their wine had taken me to cloud nine, it was a good night ;)

  • Pros: Excellent Service, food

Great food, amazing service

by willbemadestronger at Citysearch

Definitely have the specials. We have only been here twice, but both times were amazing. I had some sausage, red pepper, pasta thing and my wife had one of the specials--striped sea bass.

The food was great, but the service was amazing. I was very impressed with the staff. We had our own waitress, but any other server was there to see if we needed anything. Additionally, and surprisingly so were the managers.

Well done all around.

Nice ambiance and reasonable prices

by cr1039 at Citysearch

Drink prices are good, $11 for a generous double glenlevit 12 year.

Delish entrees that can be shared by two who are not "starving".

The fetuiccini alfredo already comes with veggies - perfect! The veggies are fresh, carrots, broccoli and squash, not previously frozen.

There was a great sounding mushroom and pasta dish on the menu, but it was cooked with chicken broth. Kitchen could have accomodated, but we decided to split the alfredo instead...

The patio looks lovely and we will try it when the weather is nice.

  • Pros: Reasonable drink and food prices, especially for the quality
  • Cons: could be more vegetarian friendly

GREAT WAITSTAFF, GREAT FOOD

by smuggles80 at Citysearch

I DIDN'T KNOW THIS BUT THE MAN THAT OWNS ALDINO CUCINA, ALSO OWNS ALDO'S ON FREDERICKSBURG AND WURZBACH IN THE MEDICAL CENTER. ALDINO'S IS GREAT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT. THE BREAD IS FRESHLY BAKED AND FOR ANYONE THAT LIKES TIRAMISU... YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIRS. IT IS MADE FRESH BY THEIR PASTRY CHEF. ALDINO AND ALDO'S ITALIAN BOTH HAVE THE SAME FOOD SINCE THEY ARE OWNED BY THE SAME PEOPLE, BUT ALDO'S IS A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE AND THE WAIT STAFF IS TERRIBLE. EVERYONE IS SO RUDE THERE. I GUESS YOU HAVE TO BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR THEM TO TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN BEING.

  • Pros: EXCELLENT SERVICE, FANTASTIC FOOD
