OK - So, you may say - it's too far to drive! Well, for the service they provide, it is definitely worth it. I have been a client of Marie's for 6 years and I have never not liked a haircut or color that she has given me. She has an unparalled flair for color and a knack for knowing what style will compliment your face. I frequently receive compliments on my hair and I have referred quite a few people to her....who also love her. I say....take some time, enjoy the drive, go to the Marion butcher for some fresh meat afterwards, stop by the antique shop next to the butcher and enjoy the time...it's nice not to rush, rush, rush. Take some time for you! Marie will provide you with a drink or glass of wine and talk to you about what you would like...and then let her run with it! I trust her with my hair...it's nice to walk-in and not be worried about how it is going to turn out! Give her a shot...you won't be disappointed! I've gone from blonde streaks and long to short and dark to everything in between!

Pros: Service provided is exceptional!

I recently got a bikini and leg wax done by Claudia and she was fabulous. She was thorough and worked very quickly as opposed to a previous salon I've been to the same waxing services took forever! The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly and accomodating. I will definitely go back.

I called in wanting to purchase a gift card for a friend for her birthday to see my Hairstylist MICHELLE, who I found threw this site. At the time I wanted gift card for a manicure and pedicare to find out that they do not have have anyone to do these things. I was then told that MICHELLE was no longer there, I was offered another sylist Maire. Which I declinced since I remember that MICHELLE had wriiten her cell # card a business card. I called and was happy to find out she had just move down the road to Cyndia Salon.

I had my first bikini wax three months ago and I make sure to go back and see Cindy every five weeks. She is very knowledgible when it comes to waxing. I feel very comfortable with her. She makes sure to let me know what to expect. I will continue to come to this salon as often as I can. The salon appears very high class while their prices are very reasonable.

Pros: Very Clean.

Cons: No Cons!!

Thanks to Karissa, I have an up to date style as well as new color. I just love it. The teachers at my school recommended Karissa and I'm glad they did. She knows hair.

Pros: Love the receptionist and my stylist, Karissa. Great parking. Close to the RAFB.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Michelle is great with coloring and highlighting. She has wonderful tips on hair styles and she will show you how to do your hair at home so that it looks as good as what she did.

Pros: Great hair stylist

Cons: Hard to see building from road

I received a gift card for Urban Image from my husband. I chose to get a manicure, pedicure, and massage. The service here was great. The enviroment made me feel very welcome. I will be sure to come back here anytime I want to pamper myself. I have recommended this spa to all of my friends and family. Jessica

Michelle is my stylist. She always does a wonderful job on cutting and styling my hair. She also is great at coloring my hair. She always lets me know what the newest trend for hair is. She is always professional. I have great confidence that she will have my hair looking great when I walk out of the salon.

I have been looking for a good hairstylist , so I researched many salons and could not ignore all the positve comments I found about MICHELLE. She made me feel very relaxed and confident that she could do whatever I asked of her. She was willing to listen to me and make me feel like I was her most important client. MICHELLE did a wonderful job highlighting my hair blonde without the ugly gold/orange color that I encountered many times in the past. She is very knowledgeble and recommended several products that make my hair shiney and manageable. I've gotten so many compliments that I will definitly go back knowing she won't let me leave her chair until we are both satisfied. I would also recommend CLAUDIA for great eyebrow waxing. The entire experience was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Pros: Price, color to perfection

Cons: hard to find, small sign

I highly recommend Urban Image to anyone in the Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City area. Karissa is GREAT! She's got a great "eye" for color and her cuts are fabulous. She listens to me when I tell her how I want it cut , colored, and styled. You don't always get that at a salon. Karissa is a gifted stylist. She's pleasant and professional. Also, the receptionist is outstanding. She's friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The salon is clean and a pleasure to visit. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service.

Pros: service, professionalism, value

Cons: location is a little tricky to get to, as it's right beside the Cibolo Creek bridge
