I actually look forward to my appointments with Jane. She is so knowledgeable, a professional yet so down to earth and a pleasure to be around. The atmosphere is very tranquil and is in a very private setting. The appearance of my face and skin, the significantly improvement of my brows and the eye area has been a tremendous boost for me. I highly recommend Jane for all your skincare needs.

Jealous Snails not only provides great results but a relaxing atmosphere. Jane is very friendly, professional and knowledgable. She explained the process of laser hair removal very throughly and what to expect from each stage. She also provides a calm and soothing environment that relaxes the mind and body. I am happy to say goodbye to spending money on painful wax treatments and over priced razors forever! The results are fantastic and laser hair removal is a very worthy investment. It so nice to permanently remove worrying about unwanted hairs from my routine.

Pros: friendly professional great results with a great price

Cons: I should have done this years ago

I went for a consultation at Jealous Snails and I was impressed with the clean, professional atmosphere there. I have (had) some dark hairs on my chin and jaws that was so embarrasing to me. I felt like everyone was staring at my chin when I talked to them. So far I have had 3 treatments for the hair and I would say that I have less than half left. The treatment did not hurt and I feel better about my self. It is not the cheapest place in town, but not the most expensive either. What is important is that I am getting more than my moneys worth, and I can feel safe there. She said that I would be done after 2-3 more treatments.

Pros: Hair almost gone

Cons: Should have done it sooner

The facial here for anti-aging really works. I just turned 40 and thought I needed a little something, I considered Botox, but now I am glad I didn't do it. After we were done with the 8 treatments, my face and neck have not looked this good in at least 10 years. It is not just the lines and crowsfeet, it is the quality of my skin, I look alive and fresh. i also feel healther, because the at home products work from the inside and the outside. If you are concerned about looking younger, better and healther, try this place. It is private, no one knew why I was going in except me. I finally had to confess to my husband what I was up to. There is no way to hide the results of this treatment, everyone will notice the change in you and your skin.

A few things you should KNOW BEFORE YOU CHOOSE a place to have permanent HAIR REMOVAL. FIRST, go around and get a feel for a few places BEFORE you commit. DEFINATELY CHECK OUT JEALOUS SNAILS you will be glad you did. READ ON TO FIND OUT WHY !!!!!! My sister is going to Jealous Snails to have her full legs done for hair removal and she is PAYING LESS and having way better and faster results. I went with her at her last appointment, and I could not belive the difference, it was clean, it smelled good, and the lady was really nice and knew her stuff. KEEP READING. I fell for one of those big advertisements FOR BRAND X with CHEAP PRICES which are a hook to get you in, AND I FELL FOR IT. You have to pay the whole amount up front before you even know if you like the treatments. And forget about getting your money back if you don't like it. Second, I was treated very differently after they got my money. I became a nobody in a factory. It was in and out. I never got to ask questions, and NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE when I called to reschedule. THEY WERE RUDE. Next, this BRAND X must be a training ground for the new employees, I have never seen the same person twice. I could keep going on...but it makes me MAD when I think about it BECAUSE. It doesn't cost anything to find out where you want to spend your money...think of it as shopping.

Pros: PRICE, RESULTS, PERSONAL SERVICE, CLEAN, SOFT LINEN, KNOWLEDGE

Could not ask for more. Jane is terrific and offers great service with a smile. She is very knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Made me very comfortable in a very quiet and tranquil atmosphere.

I will NEVER go anywhere, but Jealous Snails! Jane is the utmost in professionalism, courtesy, and posesses a wealth of skincare knowledge. I have suffered for years with breakouts and (very large) visible pores. I, too, had a skin peel and was AMAZED with the instant results! My skin really did feel like silk....and my pores were instantly less visible. An added bonus....it actually helped with the appearance of scars on my forehead that I am extremely self-concious about. If you have sensitive skin, take notice that ALL of the products Jane uses are sensitive-skin safe. LOVE IT! Trust me, if you value the appearance of your skin, you need to make an appointment with Jane....ASAP. You won't regret it....and you won't ever go to anyone else again.

Pros: Atmosphere, skill, knowledge, products used and FABULOUS results!

Cons: absolutely NOTHING

It seems like honesty is the policy here, no run-around talking to this manager and that, I got to see the owner and she actually did my treatments! I had shopped far and wide for a place that I felt like a person-not a dollar sign. So when I went in for the -get this - free consultation I opted for a hair removal process and a skin treatment called a Silk Peel. Silk being the optimal word here, my skin felt like silk, I wanted to do my whole body. Since I have suffered from breakouts for years this is already helping me with just the first treatment, it felt wonderful too; so clean. I will definately be having more Silk Peels in the near future. But, the most exciting part, I don't have to shave...well...I can finally relax when I go to tubing this summer. My husband is definately getting his back and shoulders done, I made his appointment before I left. He hates the hair sticking to his back. This is a must discover place in San Antonio.

Pros: Everything. Price. Professionalism. On time. Convenient to work.

Cons: Better hurry or this place will be booked up soon.

I went to see Jane for a hair removal treatment. It was a great experience for me. I expected for the treatment to be painful, but it wasn't like that at all, I felt so relaxed. Jane made me feel so comfortable; I was in and out in no time. And Yes! It makes you want to come back for more so I also had a Silk Peel done from her; that was probably the best thing that I have ever done for my skin. It felt so smooth immediately after the treatment and it lasted a long time. It's like a massage on your face, very relaxing! And it also made me feel more confident when talking to people knowing I had beautiful smooth healthy looking skin! You have to try it!
