My sister took me here for my bachlorette party and we had such a good time. I don't normally like nail salons because it's stinky & impersonal. But the girls @ Versi were so fun and sweet, and I had the best manicure and pedicure ever. My sister also got her hair cut and she looked great. We are planning to go back soon, I'm glad to have found a full-service salon where the people are real and the service was great.

Versi on the Riverwalk is the best salon in San Antonio. I had a facial, and a back, chest and bikini wax, pedicure and manicure and hair cut. The staff is exceptional. Their professionalism is outstanding. Elena did my facial, waxing, manicure and pedicure. Her bubbly personality just envelopes you. While getting waxed she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her professionalism was to be admired considering the areas in which she was waxing. I recommend this to anyone. The job she did on my hands and feet was amazing, especially the foot massage. Damian cut my hair and did a fantasitc job. His attention to detail and his desire to make the customer happy definately shows in his work. The staff cuts up and gets along very well. I felt as if i were at home and personally knew each and everyone that worked there. I'm not a guy who spends much time on myself. When i walked out of there i felt like a million bucks. So, guys if you want a new look or just want to be pampered i recommend this very highly.

As a long standing Versi client, I just have to say that everyone at this salon is so gracious and wonderful. They are consistently on top of their game and are full of fresh and inspiring ideas. I look forward to each visit and have enjoyed everything from haircuts, manicures, massages and makeup applications. Well done, Versi!

I have relocated to San Antonio from Austin and I FINALLY found the best place in town to get my hair done. Parker was my stylist and my color turned out perfect! Their prices are reasonable and the service was 5 star. They have a friendly staff with zero attitude. Very nice salon!!

Hidden treasure alert! I had no idea there was such a cool salon downtown. I was out with friends at the Vbar, wen't to the convienience store down the block and stumbled upon Versi. They had super cute holiday lights up and the place looked really nice inside (it was after hours). I looked them up online and booked a haircut/ touchup color for the next day. The staff was super friendly and the salon was chic without being weird. I got the BEST haircut I've had in years and the color turned out perfect. My bf needed a little clean up and they squeezed him in, too. He looked great! This place rocks. Their service menu is endless and I can't wait to come back.

Friendly staff, ,high qusality professional therapeutic massage, great pricing, and able to accommodate same day request for service. Very easy access to the Riverwalk and literally a mere few feet from the Valencia hotel. I'd absolutely go to this facility again. Only non-glowing thing I can say is that massages are delivered in the back room of a beauty parlor and the actual massage room was not as nice as some spa spaces that are dedicated to massages.

Pros: easy access, great pricing

Cons: small room dedicated to massages

I was in town for a wedding and desperately needed a trim. Everyone at the salon was friendly, and it was a great value. Parker did an amazing job on my hair!

I saw the review for the bad haircut and just had to reply. DAMIAN cuts both my husbands and my hair, and always does a fantastic job. I am even able to convince my son, who wears a long mohawk and hates getting his hair cut, to go to Damian. I get stopped all of the time by people wanting to know "Who does your hair?" The atmosphere in the salon is always fantastic. There have been times when I have been at the salon, only to find the tourists "hanging out" because the staff was so friendly and personable, while always staying professional. Kate and Damian are the best at what they do, and Roxy and Elena will keep you laughing in addition to giving you the best manicures, pedicures and facials possible. As a frequent visitor to the salon, I've seen and heard of wedding parties, baby showers, bridal showers and bachelorette parties taking place. It's definately a "one stop shop". If I could sum up the staff in one word, it would definately be ACCOMODATING. Try Versi Riverwalk-you'll have the most comfortable salon experience you'll ever have, as well as the best services.

Pros: Easliy accesible from any part of the city, have your services done and hang out downtown.

Cons: Salon is closed on Sunday. Would like to have that extra day on the weekend to visit have services.

I myself had the best experience ever. My wife and I were in town from Los Angeles for a wedding and my God things could not get any worse. However my wife and I were running short on time and we both needed a complete makeover. "THANK GOD FOR VERSI SALON & SPA" The Staff was profesional and very vibrant. Needless to say my wife looked like a Million bucks thanks to Kate and not to mention my Pedicure and manicure the best i have ever had, Thanks( Roxy) oh! And dont forget Elena the constant profesional my facial was a pleasant experiance. And last but not least Damion did a wonderful job with my hair. I have nothing but "complimantes" when it comes to this crew at VERSI downtown. Furthermore, my wife and I will be celebrating our anniversary next month, and plan to Visit the Salon. So to all my friends and family in the San Antonio area...if you want to feel and look like a movie star..Versi Downtown is the place to be.

Pros: very energetic staff, who give 200%

Cons: i live in California and cant visit as often as i woul like.

I had my hair cut by Kate and she did a terrible job. I specifically asked her to use a razor cut to thin out my hair and my hair felt the same when I left. The big problem with my cut: my bangs are totally uneven. I have a style where my bangs are split, are cut at a slant to go across my forehead, and blend with my hair (which is layered). I asked her to be creative with the rest of my hair, but to please cut the bangs, at least, evenly, and to make them blend with my hair. Kate did no such thing. If she went creative with my hair then she did not show it. Kate trimmed one side of my bangs straight across, and she trimmed the other side so as to blend with my hair. I tried rectifying this by putting a bobby pin on each side so it looked like I had no bangs. This was better than nothing. Kate mentioned that Damon, her chair neighbor, cut her hair before and she's had to correct his problems...so it's probably not a good idea to book him either. I hear Sebastian is the best.

Pros: The salon is downtown; convenient for downtown employees to walk to.

Cons: Uneven haircut!
